Which image does this template use?

It uses the latest-fat image, which bundles the OCR (Tesseract) and LibreOffice conversion dependencies so every tool works out of the box. It needs a bit more RAM than the slim image as a result.

Can I add login protection?

Yes — Stirling-PDF supports optional authentication and can sit behind Vessl's access controls. Configure it through environment variables if you expose it publicly.
