Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vessl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Vessl is a product operated by Kodebyte ("we", "us", or "our").

Vessl is a cloud infrastructure management platform that allows users to deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications on their own servers ("BYOS — Bring Your Own Server"). The Service includes features such as:

• Container deployment and management via Docker

• Application build pipelines using Nixpacks

• Real-time deployment logs via WebSocket

• Cron job and daemon process management

• Team collaboration and access management

• Billing and subscription management

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Vessl offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan

• Provide valid payment information through our payment partner, Midtrans

• Authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle

Payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Accepted payment methods include QRIS, Virtual Account, and Credit Card. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Deploy applications that facilitate illegal activities

• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code

• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt to compromise other systems

• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit permission

• Store or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights

• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

Vessl operates on a "Bring Your Own Server" (BYOS) model. You are responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining the server infrastructure on which your applications run

• Ensuring your server meets the minimum requirements for the Service

• Securing your server and any credentials you provide to Vessl

Vessl stores only the configuration and metadata necessary to manage your deployments. Application data and server data remain on your own infrastructure. We do not claim ownership of any data you deploy or manage through the Service.

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Kodebyte and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all code, configurations, and content you deploy through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your data and configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kodebyte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
